Excellent tip - the "big names" or so called "Gurus" in teaching can learn from you! Bravo

We use socks with tennis balls in martial arts, when people are learning nunchucks, and the staff. I have been using socks with tennis balls in it for losing my arms up before I play tennis because I don’t want to pull muscles. This is an excellent video and I will practice this coach. Thank you

Great advice! My kid has a very nice technique - up until it all breaks down lol! This usually happens when she hits against older boys with massive power. It’s not that she is late for the oncoming ball, more like she tenses up on the shot bc she want to hit / return like a savage. Unfortunately and subconsciously her grip gets so tight that the racquet no longer “flies” but more like being pushed. Great suggestion, we’ll give this a shot

In a golf swing, maintaining a consistent grip tension seems to be agreed by most pro players.
Sometimes loose or tight is a subjective feeling but never heard of loose then tight… or tighten then loosen…
